Welcome to Philipp Ruebenhaus. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, products, and services. By using our site or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Scope and Application

We offer global digital services and products, including but not limited to:

• Live webinars (free and paid)
• Group and one-on-one mentorship/coaching programs (paid)

These Terms apply to both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) clients, worldwide, subject to mandatory local consumer protection laws.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. Minors may only use the services with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

PAYMENTS, BILLING, AND TAXES
Prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise indicated. Payment is due at the time of order via major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, or other available methods. You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes (including VAT where applicable), and currency conversion fees if applicable. Invoices are sent electronically. We reserve the right to adjust prices; price changes for active subscriptions take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds are processed according to Section 4 below.

CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
B2C customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. To exercise this right, email us at hello@itscoachphil.com. We will confirm receipt and process refunds within 14 days using the original payment method. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal is void once digital content access begins with your express consent. Business clients (B2B) are not entitled to withdrawal rights unless mandated by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content, materials, and digital products are owned by Philipp Rubenhaus or licensed partners. No material may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

USER CONTENT
By submitting content (e.g., reviews, feedback), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content for promotional or operational purposes.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
We provide all services “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Our educational tools are intended to support your goals but make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany. We participate in the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you dispute a payment, please contact us first to resolve the matter.

MODIFICATIONS
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates become binding upon posting. Continued use indicates acceptance.
